Pricing
All prices listed are less than Toyota MSRP. Not everything can be discounted so when calling or emailing for price please keep this in mind.
We try our best to give you the best price that we can and we try to be competitive with other Toyota Dealerships. However on some items we may have to see the price that you are quoting published on another dealer's website.
Pricing is available online only. Walk-in sales in our parts department are subject to current retail pricing. We may be able to offer you a coupon price that we are currently featuring should you decide to stop in.
Ordering
Please place all order through our website. We do not offer any telephone ordering unless a MetroTPN representative requests you to do so.
Our webite offers a secure ordering system and allows us and you the customer a better way to track orders. You will be able to select your own password to keep your account private. No one from MetroTPN will have access to your password or account. When you return to our site your information is saved and secure and your order time is decreased.
Returns
Our return policies are simple:
You must contact us first before returning any item.
If you purchase an item from us and decide you do not want it and it is an item we stock in our
inventory and is less than 30 days old,we will take it back no questions asked.
If the part is a special order ie, an item we do not normally keep in stock and is less than
30 days old, then we will take it back no questions asked.
If an item is older than 30 days, you are not out of luck. You can still contact us and we will let you
know if we are able to take back your item.
You must have an invoice copy. This must accompany the returned item.
There are no returns on electrical items.
There will never be a restocking fee on returned items.
Warranties
The warranty on Genuine Toyota parts is 12 months unlimited mileage.
You should contact us for warranty information on non Toyota items.
In some cases warranty issues may have to be handled by your local dealership.
Shipping
We normally stock the majority of the items we sell and can ship them the same day we
receive your order. For items we do not have in stock, it usually takes only one
day for us to get the item and process your order.
We
ship all items via UPS ground unless a faster method is chosen by you the customer
. We currently ship in the United States only. There are no exceptions. If you are in the area and would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped please contact us to make arraingements. You will still have to select a shipping option to finish the sale, but when will call arraingements are made all shipping charges are waived.
We use actual shipping cost when finalizing your invoice. What this means is,
your final invoice total may be less than what is calculated on the website, but it will never be more.
